Institute Cosmetique is looking for a motivated Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
- Guide customers about our skincare, hair, and aesthetic treatments
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills
- Experience in a skincare, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic will be preferred
